They held you accountable, provided guidance with food where and when needed, never overwhelmed you with information but kept providing continuous snippets throughout every session. The atmosphere they have created in the gym is fantastic, everyone is their for their own reasons with zero judgement.

Absolutely. Empower Fitness is a warm, clean, studio-style space, not a cold or echoey gym or a community hall.
The environment is calm, temperature-controlled, and carefully maintained, making it comfortable for both mums and babies. Sessions are small and structured to keep the space feeling safe, welcoming, and relaxed.
