Each session is designed to help you rebuild strength, improve your energy, and ease back into exercise safely.

We focus on:

- Simple, effective strength training

- Gentle progress at your pace

- You want a supported return to training, while moving at your own pace

What age babies can attend?

This class is designed for pre-mobile babies only (not yet crawling). This allows us to maintain a safe and calm gym environment.

What if my baby needs feeding or becomes unsettled?

That’s completely normal. You can pause, feed, settle, or cuddle your baby at any time.

How soon after birth can I attend?

Every mum is different. We recommend clearance from your healthcare professional and encourage you to start gently.

Do I need to be a current Empower member?

No. This class is open to past members and non-members

Is the gym suitable for babies?

Absolutely. Empower Fitness is a warm, clean, studio-style space, not a cold or echoey gym or a community hall.

The environment is calm, temperature-controlled, and carefully maintained, making it comfortable for both mums and babies. Sessions are small and structured to keep the space feeling safe, welcoming, and relaxed.
